Contact Directory
To display your Directory — Select Directories from
the Main Menu. Press the list of contacts on the
Directory screen.
To add a contact — Access your Directory, select
Personal Directory, press Add and Save.
To update contact information — Access your
Contact Directory and select the contact to be
updated. Press Info, press Edit, update the information
and then press Save.
From the Lines screen, you can:
Viewing recent calls
Press , select Directories, and select Recent Calls
to display your Recent Calls list.
Press the right arrow key to call a selected number.
Press the left arrow key to return to the previous menu.
Press the down arrow key to display the recent calls.
Press the up arrow key to display your Favourites.
From the Recent Calls list, press Sort to sort and
organise calls, press Type to display certain calls only, or
select a call displayed to call the corresponding person.
To add a contact — Access your Contact Directory
and Save.
