• Pick up the handset. You should hear a dial tone. If you can’t, turn off the router and unplug the
phone; wait one minute, then turn your router back on. Once it’s synchronised and you have
internet connectivity, plug your phone back in to the power supply.
Now you’ve installed the Horizon network service, you’re ready to see what the Polycom 650 phone
can do.
