1.3 Preparation
1. Ensure the robot is turned off. Remove the magnetic safety cap from underneath the robot and store it in a safe
place. Do not lose the magnetic cap.
2. Take the cover off the charging port. The charging port cover will remain tethered to the robot’s body – do not
lose the charging port cover. Do not submerge the robot in water without the charging port cover inserted into
the charging port.
3. Ensure the charging port on the robot, and the charger, are dry. Plug the charger into the robot, ensuring the
plug is turned the correct way to line up with the charging port.
