A variety of exercise options are available on the C932i. This section provides:
• Descriptions of the programs printed on the display console label
• A more detailed look at the SmartRate
®
and heart rate features
PROGRAM FEATURES
• If the club allows it, you can work out indefinitely in any program (except
Weight Loss). At the XX MIN prompt, select NOLIM.
Important: The automatic cool-down period is not appended to programs
where the duration is NOLIM.
• Place a time limit on any program during the Setup prompts. At the XX MIN
prompt, indicate the duration of your workout. When you complete the pro-
gram, the automatic cool-down period begins.
• Determine the speed and incline as you move through program.
• SELECT programs with preset inclines. In Weight Loss* and Heart Rate
Control* and Random programs, the incline automatically changes as you
progress through the program profile. You have complete control over the
running belt speed. You can also override the incline using the INCLINE ▲▼
keys for each upcoming segment in the program profile. The profile changes
accordingly and the incline position is saved until a different program is
used. When you complete a program with a time limit, the automatic cool-
down period begins.
The progress that you make during a program is tracked by a blinking cursor.
If the column is several segments high, the entire column blinks.
• Access to heart rate and SmartRate
®
capabilities is available when the per-
son exercising wears a chest
strap. The SmartRate
®
indicator lights do not
appear if QUICKSTART is pressed as the PRECOR banner scrolls across
the display.

tion of the program features. Refer to Diagram 19 on the next page.
