Column 2: RESISTANCE
RESISTANCE—displays the resistance you feel while pedaling. The
RESISTANCE arrow keys affect the brake and let you set a resistance
between 1 and 25.
Column 3: DISTANCE, SPEED, RPM
DISTANCE—shows the linear distance in either miles or kilometers.
The distance calculation is determined by the revolutions per minute.
SPEED—shows the “linear speed” even though the cycle is stationary.
The value is determined by converting the current revolutions per
minute and resistance setting. The calculation appears as miles per
hour or kilometers per hour.
RPM—indicates the number of pedal revolutions completed per
minute. The value can range between 20 and 150.
