offers a supported, guided motion that replicates the movement path of the
popular dip movement performed on parallel bars.
Setup
Number Action
Sit with your back against the pad.
Action
Press down in a controlled motion.
Pause at full extension.
Slowly return to the start position.
Training Tips
Keep your head in a neutral position during exercise.
Keep your elbows close to your side during the exercise.
Maintain contact with the pads as you perform the movement.
