● Storageconditions:39.2°Fto104°F(4°Cto40°C),below85% 
relative humidity. Do NOT freeze.
● Storeyourteststripsintheiroriginalvialonly.Donottransferto 
another container.
● Storeteststrippackagesinacooldryplace.Keepawayfromdirect
sunlight and heat.
● Afterremovingateststripfromthevial,immediatelyclosethevialcap
tightly.
● Touchtheteststripwithcleananddryhands.
● Useeachteststripimmediatelyafterremovingitfromthevial.
● Writetheopeningdateontheviallabelwhenyoufirstopenedit. 
Discard remaining test strips after 3 months of first opening.
● Donotuseteststripsbeyondtheexpirydate.Thismaycause 
inaccurate results.
● Donotbend,cut,oralterateststripinanyway.
● Keepthestripvialawayfromchildrensincethecapandtheteststrip
may be a choking hazard. If swallowed, promptly see a doctor for help.
