ERROR CODE DIAGNOSIS SOLUTION
#19 - Communications Fault Communication to a module failed.
BUS cable unplugged while driving.
Power joystick off/on. Check all BUS cable connections. Update mod-
ule software.
#23 - Communication Fault BUS cable defective. Hardware failure. Power joystick off/on. Check all BUS cables. Unplug device after
device from BUS until fault is recovered.
#36 - Joystick Not Centered Joystick out of center position for more
than five seconds at power up.
Release joystick. Power joystick off/on.
#37 - Joystick Connection Joystick disconnected or defective. Ensure joystick is connected. Replace joystick.
#38 -Joystick Out of Range Joystick is not or is badly calibrated. Calibrate joystick. Replace joystick. Replace module.
#105 - Low Battery Fault Battery voltage below nominal operat-
ing range limit. The battery is empty.
Charge battery.
#192 - Motor 1 Disconnected
Motor connector unplugged. Motor wir-
ing open. Motor defective.
Check motor/brake connector. Check motor wiring and resistance.
#193 - Motor 2 Disconnected Motor connector unplugged. Motor
wiring open. Motor defective.
Check motor/brake connector. Check motor wiring and resistance.
#203 - Brake 1 Disconnected Motor connector unplugged. Brake
wiring open. Brake defective. The bat-
tery voltage is set too low.
Check motor/brake connector. Check motor wiring and resistance.
#204 - Brake 2 Disconnected Motor connector unplugged. Brake
wiring open. Brake defective. The bat-
tery voltage is set too low.
Check motor/brake connector. Check motor wiring and resistance.
#229 - Module is Missing or
Defective
Device not connected. Device is defec-
tive. Wrong system configuration data.
Reconnect the device. Replace the device. Save System Configuration.
