SECTION 1 - NO POWER
Symptoms:
The batteries are fully charged.
All electrical components are connected correctly.
The power does not turn on when the on/off key is pressed on the NE or NE+ joystick.
The power does not turn on when the on/off mode select lever is deflected on the Q-Logic joystick.
Diagnosis:
The power has been interrupted somewhere in the system.
Solution:
Use the following procedure to find the source of the interruption:

JOYSTICK OFF-BOARD CHARGER PORT
Remove the front shroud and foot platform.
(See Appendix 2.) Unplug the front and rear
battery harnesses from the battery cable, then
go to the next page.

Replace the NE, NE+,
or Q-Logic joystick and
retest the system.
ABOUT 25VDC (WITH
CORRECT POLARITY)
Recharge the batteries
and retest the system
LESS THAN 18VDC
BUT GREATER
THAN 0VDC
