Cooking time correction:
1. Briefly press the “Clock” sensor button

Convection mode
Using convection lets you prepare meals in
the same way as a normal oven. Microwave
functionality is not enabled. Preheat the cook-
ing chamber before placing the food inside
(see “Preheating mode” on page EN-25).
1. Place the dish in the cooking chamber and
close the cooking chamber door (3).
2. Use the function selector (12) to select the
indicator
for convection on the display
(16) .
The display (16) shows the cooking time
indicator 20:00 min as well as the temper-
ature indicator

°C. The temperature
indicator flashes.

3. If required, use the rotary switch (20) to
change the temperature.
Possible values: 50 °C to 230 °C.
4. To change the cooking time, briefly press
the “Clock” sensor button (17) and set
the cooking time with the rotary switch (20)
(max. 5 hours).
5. Press the “Start” sensor button (19).
The appliance will start and the fan will
switch on. The time indicator begins count-
ing down.
When the time indicator reaches
00:00
, a
signal sounds five times and the appliance
switches off.

Grill with fan mode
Use this heating mode to evenly grill dishes
and give them a crust at the same time.
1. Place the dish in the cooking chamber and
close the cooking chamber door (3)
2. Use the function selector (12) on the dis-
play (16) to select the indicator
for grill
with fan.
The display (16) shows the cooking time

change the temperature.
Possible values: 100 to 230 °C.
4. To change the cooking time, briefly press
the “Clock” sensor button (17) and set
the cooking time with the rotary switch (20)
(max. 5 hours).
5. Press the “Start” sensor button (19).
The appliance will start, the fan will switch
on and the time indicator will start to count
down.
