Cooking time can be set in the following in-
crements:

Safety lock (child safety lock)
If the safety lock (child safety lock) is activat-
ed, the indicator (21) lights up on the display.
All sensors and the control dial can then no
longer be operated.
The safety lock can be activated only
when the appliance is not in opera-
tion.
Activating/deactivating the safety
lock
• Press the “Quick heating/safety lock” sen-
sor button (13) for approx. 3 seconds.
A beep will sound, and the indicator (21)
will appear or disappear from the dis-
play (16).

Clock
The integrated clock is used as a time indica-
tor to automatically stop the cooking process
and as a timer (“egg timer”).
The date is always shown in 24-hour format.
Following a power cut and during initial set-up,
the time

flashes in the display (16) for
approx. 5 minutes.

• Set the clock to this time using the rotary
switch (20) and press the “Clock” sensor
button (17) to finish.
The indicator stops flashing; the time has
been set.
If the “Clock” sensor button (17)
is not pressed, the time indicator
stops flashing after a few seconds
and the time is set.
Changing the time
To change the time (e.g. when changing from
GMT to BST):
1. Press the “Clock” sensor button
(17) until
the time indicator in the display (16) flashes.
2. Set the time using the rotary switch (20).
3. To finish, press the “Clock” sensor button
(17) again.
The indicator stops flashing; the time has
been set.
If the “Clock” sensor button (17)
is not pressed, the time indicator
stops flashing after a few seconds
and the time is set.
