If the battery voltage is too low, ensure there are at least 2 battery modules. Finally, check the base connector for any failures and ensure it is properly connected; change the base if necessary.

Check the environment temperature and wait for BMS release. Also, check the DC charge voltage setting or wait for BMS release. You can perform a black start function, and then charge the system. If it is a battery module BMS failure, use a debug tool for further analysis or change the battery module.
