  This usually indicates a communication problem with the inverter or over current protection. First, check that the communication cable PIN and wiring are correct and that the inverter communication settings are properly configured. Also, check the DC side and wait until the BMS releases protection.   Several issues could be the cause. First, ensure you press and hold the Start button for at least 5 seconds to turn on the device, or 10 seconds for a black start. It's also possible that the button battery in the controller is missing or has failed, or the power supply in the control module (BMS) has failed, requiring a change of the control module. If the battery voltage is too low, ensure there are at least 2 battery modules. Finally, check the base connector for any failures and ensure it is properly connected; change the base if necessary.

  This usually indicates over/under temperature or over voltage protection, or under voltage protection, or a battery module BMS failure. Check the environment temperature and wait for BMS release. Also, check the DC charge voltage setting or wait for BMS release. You can perform a black start function, and then charge the system. If it is a battery module BMS failure, use a debug tool for further analysis or change the battery module.
