Mesh Topology
A mesh topology describes a fabric in which each chassis has at least one port 
directly connected to each other chassis in the fabric. Using 20-port SANbox 
5802V switches the mesh fabric shown in Figure 3-7 has the following 
characteristics:
 Each link contributes up to 850 MB of bandwidth between switches, 1700 
MB in full duplex. Because of multiple parallel paths, there is less 
competition for this bandwidth than with a cascade or a Multistage topology.
 Latency between any two ports is one chassis hop.
 Fifty-six Fibre Channel SFP ports are available for devices.
