How to Apply
Postage
To define the rate using the rate wizard:
1 Press to access the rate options.
2 Select the option [8] to enter the wizard.
The rate wizard details whole rate components : destination,
format, services,...
3 Follow the steps of the wizard and choose the accurate
settings.
4 At the end of the wizard, press [OK] to confirm your se-
lection.
To key postage amounts in directly:
1 From the home screen, type the amount on the keypad.
2 Press [OK] to return to the Home Screen.
3 Skip to the last step below to print the mail piece.
Using the rate wizard on your mailing system will allow you to
track postage usage online, on an on-going basis.
Please ensure that you use the rate wizard each time you frank
your mail. It gives you access to online information on postage
spend by item.
