7.3 Abnormal Peaks Observed
• If abnormal peaks are observed on the HPLC
chromatogram it is not normally the KOBRA® CELL
that is at fault (Fig. 10).
• Check the correct mobile phase has been used.
• Check the correct HPLC column has been used.
• Check the internal components of the
KOBRA® CELL have been inserted in the correct
order (Fig. 1).
• Analytical column could need changed and may
result in poor peak resolution or peak tailing.
