CHECKING CONTINUITY
Follow these steps to check a circuit’s continuity.
1. Rotate the function selector to” 4.
2. Plug the black probe into your meter’s COM
terminal and the red probe into your meter’s
V/Q. terminal.
3. Remove power from the circuit.
Warning: Never perform a continuity mea-
surement on a circuit that has power con-
nected.
