2) The valve does not open or close after a period of use, it may be caused by the following
reasons:
The valve is blocked or damaged by impurities, please follow the operation steps as above.
The valve body device is damaged (the positive and negative terminals of the valve are
broken), contact us to get a replacement or return under warranty period.
Knob or button problem, "Turn the knob to the off key to check whether the valve can be
closed; or press and hold the OK button to check whether the valve is normally
opened/closed. If it is out of control, it can only be replaced or returned within the warranty
period. "
Water short circuit, contact us to get a replacement or return under warranty period.
1.2. Low water outflow
Incoming water pressure is not sufficient to support watering, please install a booster pump
or use other methods of increasing pressure, the product itself has no pressurizing function.
2. Water Leakage
2.1 Water leakage at the water inlet
It is possible caused by sealing issues, please check the following first:
1. Check that the filter is installed in the correct position.
2. Check whether the sealing ring is installed in the correct position.
3. Check the thread for damage.
4. Whether the water inlet of the equipment matches the thread system of the faucet.
NOTE: We are using a face seal which requires a seal ring and filter in its place.
If it leak from neck or internal leakage, please contact us for a replacement.
We recommend to install the timer vertically on the ground to avoid damage to the inside of the
body.
We do not recommend using it for other angle, or even sideways, which may damage the valve
inside and cause leaks.
2.2 Water leakage at the water outlet
Please check the following first:
1. Check if the thread is cracked;
2. Check whether the water pipe and the thread do not match;
3. Check if the body leaks.
