Make sure that the tip of the core probe does not protrude into the abdominal cavity of the fish.
Vegetables, e.g. potatoes
1. Insert the core probe up to the handle into the thickest point of the food.
Soups, sauces and desserts
1. Place the core probe in the pan so that the core probe is completely covered with liquid.
2. If you stir the liquid, leave the core probe in the pan.
3. When you close the pan lid, make sure that the core probe is completely covered with liquid.
