16.1 Decommissioning
Contact your RATIONAL Service Partner if you would like to decommission the unit.

Old units contain recyclable materials. Dispose of old units in an environmentally sound way using the appropriate
disposal systems.
16.3 Disposing of oil and fat
NOTICE
Improper disposal of oil or fat
If you dispose of oil or fat via the pan drain, the waste water will be dirty and damage the building's drains.
1. Never dispose of oil or fat through the drain.
