1.Selecttheactivewaypoint.
Thewaypointcontextmenuisdisplayed.
2.SelectStopGoto.
3.Alternatively,inthechartapplication,goto:Menu>Navigate
>StopGoto.
Note:Oncenavigationisnolongeractive,thewaypoint
symbolreturnstoitsnormalstate,andthedashedline
betweenyourvesselandthewaypointisremoved.
Arrivingatawaypoint
Asyourvesselapproachesawaypoint,thewaypointarrival
alarmprovidesawarning.
1.SelectOkonthewaypointarrivalalarmpopupmessage.
Oncethealarmisacknowledged,thenextwaypointisselected,
andthedisplayupdatestoindicatethenextlegoftheroute.
Note:Youcansettheapproachdistance(radius)atwhichthe
waypointarrivalalarmwillsoundusingtheAlarmsmenufrom
thehomescreen:Set-up>Alarms>WaypointArrival.
CrossTrackError(XTE)
CrossTrackError(XTE)istheamountofdeviationfromyour
intendedrouteorwaypoint,expressedasadistance.

Intheeventthatyousteeroff-track,youcangostraighttoyour
targetbyresettingXTE.
ResettingCrossTrackError(XTE)
Whilefollowingarouteinthechartapplication:
1.Selecttheroute.
Theroutecontextmenuisdisplayed.
2.SelectRestartXTE.
ResettingXTEresultsinanewcoursefromthecurrentvessel
positiontothecurrenttargetwaypoint.Thisdoesnotaffect
yoursavedroute.

Navigate>RestartXTE.
Waypointinformation
Whenyoucreateawaypoint,thesystemassignsinformation
regardingthelocationmarked.Youcanviewandeditthedetails
ofanywaypointthathasbeencreatedandstored.

•T emperature(requiresappropriatesensor,onlyforwaypoints

•Comment(youcanaddyourowntextcommentstoa
waypoint.)
•Symbol(adefaultsymbolisassigned,oryoucanselectan
alternative.)
