Crosstrackerror(XTE)isthedistancebetweenthecurrentposition
andaplannedtrackline.
Thereareanumberofreasonswhyyoumayhaveacrosstrack
error(XTE),forexample:
Pressingthetrackbuttonatapositionsomedistancefromthe
route.
Coursechangetoavoidanobstacle.
Waypointarrivalundercertainconditions.
Ifthecrosstrackerrorisgreaterthan0.3nm,theSmartPilotwill
soundtheLargeCrossTrackErrorwarningandshowwhetheryou
aretotheport(Pt)orstarboard(Stb)oftheplannedtrack.
