Usethefollowingtabletoidentifyproblemsand
remedialactions.
Symptom

Noconnectioncanbemadetothescanner.
Ensurethedatacable(ifused)isconnectedatbothendsandisin
goodcondition.
IfusingaWi-Fi(wireless)connectiontothescannerunit,check
thatyouhaveenteredthecorrectWi-FipasscodefortheSSIDthat
matchesyourscanner.BoththeSSIDandWi-Fipasscodeare
providedonthescannerpackaging,andarealsoshownontheserial
numberlabelontheundersideoftheunit.Refertoyourmultifunction
display(MFD)documentationforfurtherinformation.
Ifthescannerunithasshutdown,awakenitbyusingthePowerUp
RadaroptionintheShortcutscreen,accessibleonyourMFDby
momentarilypressingtheMFD’spowerkey.TheRadarunitwillshut
downwithin30minutesifawireless(Wi-Fi)connectioncan’tbemade
toamultifunctiondisplayunit(MFD).
Ensurepowersupplythermalbreakerhasnottrippedorfusehasnot
blown.Ifnecessary,resetbreakerorreplacefuseONCEONLY.If
breakerkeepstrippingorfusekeepsblowing,contactaRaymarine
authorizeddealerforassistance.
Ensurepowersupplymaintainsthecorrectvoltagewhenthesystem
isswitchedon.
Ensure all products in the system have the correct software.

BoththeSSIDandPasscodeareprovidedonthe
serialnumberlabelontheundersideoftheunit,
andonspareserialnumberlabelssuppliedinthe
