Burner Tray Removal
Shut off main electrical power switch to heater.1
Shut off gas upstream of heater.2
Remove front door3
Disconnect gas line from gas valve. 4
Remove (3) screws holding the anti-rotation brack-5
et in place.
Remove bracket an set aside. 6
Remove (4) screws as shown in the image.7
Disconnect wiring from gas valve. 8
Remove (2) screws holding the control panel up.9
Flipthe control panel forward. 10
Disconnect ignition wire and remove with burner11
tray.
Reverse above procedure to reinstall.12
Gas Valve Removal
Remove burner tray.1
Disconnect pilot tubing from gas valve2
Rotate the gas valve counter clockwise to3
remove valve from nipple.
Reverse above procedure to reinstall.4
