Please note: To adjust the belt tension of
the motor it may be necessary to remove
the tables to access the inside of the
saw unit.
Tensioning the belt
1. When tensioning the belt the three motor
mounting bolts must be slackened Fig.9.8A and
Fig.9.8B.
2. Slacken the three bolts and pivot the motor to
the right to increase tension Fig.9.9. When the
desired tension is achieved, retighten the three
bolts to secure the setting.
