Before each use Check for loose bolts/nuts.
Presence and legibility of safety
stickers

Tighten the loose bolts/nuts
with the correct torque.
Replace if damaged or
missing.
After first 20 operating hours
(new or repaired)
Grease the roller bearings of the
rear roller.
Check for loose bolts/nuts.
Grease the drive chains.
Use EP 2 lubricating
grease.
Tighten the loose bolts/nuts
with the correct torque.
Use a chain spray.
After every 100 operating
hours.
Grease the roller bearings of the
rear roller.
Check for loose bolts/nuts.
Grease the drive chains.
Check the tension of the drive
chains.
Check the seeding roller for
dirt/damage.
Check the seeding slit opening.
Check the seed quantity.
Check the seeding
pipes/funnels.
Check the seeding elements for
damage.
Use EP 2 lubricating
grease.
Tighten the loose bolts/nuts
with the correct torque.
Use a chain spray.
Tension the tensioners of
the drive chains.
Clean the seeding roller or
replace it if necessary.
Adjust the seeding slit if
necessary.
Carry out a spreading test.
Clean if necessary.
Repair or replace if
necessary.
