10. MAINTENANCE

Check point/lubricating

Method
Before each use
Check for loose bolts/nuts.
Tighten the loose bolts/nuts
with the correct torque.
Presence and legibility of
safety stickers.
Replace if damaged or
missing.
After each use
Clean the machine
Clean the machine with
compressed air. Don’t use
water.
After first 20 operating hours
(new or repaired)
Grease the grease points.
Use EP 2 lubricating grease.
Check for loose bolts/nuts.
Tighten the loose bolts/nuts
with the correct torque.
Grease the drive chains.
Use a chain spray.
After every 100 operating
hours.
Make sure there is enough
grease in the gearbox.
Fill the gearbox with 2.8 liter
EP0 grease.
Grease the drive chains.
Use a chain spray.
Check the tension of the
drive chains.
Tension the tensioners of the
drive chains.
Clean the hopper
Clean the hopper with
compressed air. Don’t use
water.
Grease the grease points.
Use EP 2 lubricating grease.
