7.10.3 To disassemble and assemble the throttle
handle
1. Remove the throttle handle. Refer to
To remove and
install the throttle handle on page 27
.
2. Pull the lever (A) and turn the rear handle
counterclockwise until the pin (B) touches the safety
catch (C). Push in the safety catch with a small
screwdriver and turn the rear handle ¼ turn more.
3. Push up the flange (D) with a small screwdriver and
remove the handle holder (E) from the throttle
handle (F).
4. Examine the O-ring in the handle holder for wear
and damage. Replace the O-ring if it is necessary.
5. Remove the 6 screws on the left throttle handle half.
