PREPARATION & INSPECTION
Once the Walk-Around Inspection check is complete, perform a function check of all
systems in an area free of overhead and ground level obstructions.
IF THE ALL-TERRAIN SCAFFOLD DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY, STOP USING
THE ALL-TERRAIN SCAFFOLD IMMEDIATELY! REPORT THE PROBLEM TO THE
PROPER MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL AND DO NOT OPERATE THE ALL-TERRAIN
SCAFFOLD UNTIL IT HAS BEEN DEEMED SAFE FOR OPERATION.
Function Check Items
1. Locking Pins - Check for any debris stuck to or around the locking pins.
Make sure the locking pins are working properly and engage freely. (See
Figure 2-3)
2. Spreader - Check for bent parts or missing hardware. Make sure spreader
folds out at and functions properly. (See Figure 2-3)
3. Rubber Feet - Check for cracks or tears. (See Figure 2-3)
4. TwistLok™ - Check for proper function and that locking pins can fully
engage the frame clearance holes. (See Figure 2-3)
