TO PREVENT VESSEL FROM SINKING,
INSTALL DRAIN PLUG!
Drain Plug
Your boat is equipped with a garboard
style drain plug. Make sure it is tightly
installed before launching. Tighten
with a wrench. Do not use your fi ngers
alone. After your outing while the
boat is angled on the ramp remove
the drain plug to help eliminate any
bilge water accumulation or run the
bilge pump. When the water stream is diminished, remove foreign
objects stuck in the drain hole. Pull the drain plug if dry storing the
boat for extended periods especially in colder climates.
