  If there's no output sound, the volume is low, or the sound is distorted on your Regal Boat stereo, the balance and max volume settings may be limiting the speaker volume. Adjust the volume and zone settings. If that doesn't work, the rotary encoder may be malfunctioning and need repair or replacement. Check for loose speaker wires and tighten or replace them. Finally, check for water in the speakers and dry them out.
