Auxiliary Equipment Operation
INSTALLING/REMOVING OPTIONAL AFT
SECTIONAL FILLER CUSHION/BACKREST

If the aft sectional fi ller cushion option is installed follow
the procedure below to remove the cushions:
1. Remove the aft triangular cushion. It is normally held
in place by velcro. See A.
2. Next, remove the two backrest cushions from the donut
shaped inserts (B). This will expose part of the cushion
support bracket.
3. On the front surface underneath the remaining cushion
fi nd the latch (C). Pull on the ring and hold it while pulling
up to release the cushion from its holder (D).
4. Find and pull the ring on the aft latch (E). While holding
the ring out pull up on the aft end of the cushion support
bracket. Release the forward end of the support bracket
from the slots by pulling aft (F). This completes the pro-
cess. Store all parts or if desired reverse the process and
install on the opposite side of the cockpit.
