6. Place Log 4, match pin locator on Log 4 with landing pin on Log
1. Angle the longest point on Log 4 is approximately 1/4' from the
outside edge of the burner tray.
7. Place Log 5 across Log 4,match pin locator on Log 5 with landing
pin on Log 4.
Note: there are 2 pin locators on Log 5, lower locator is for HRI4E
units and the upper locator is for the HRI6E units.
8. Place Log 6 - rest on Log 3 as shown below.
9. Place Log 7 on the glass as shown below.
10. Place embers and Lava rocks on the glass as shown below.
Note: Properly positioned, Logs 3 & 4 should measure 1/4" from their
longest point to the outside edge of the burner tray.

5. Place Log 3, rest on Log 2, match pin locator on Log 2 with landing
pin on Log 1. Angle the longest point on Log 3 is approximately 1/4'
from the outside edge of the burner tray.
11. Reinstall Glass Door.
12. Adjust aeration setting to fully open (manual for detailed instruc-
tions)
Note: Logs to be installed in NG units only.
