MANTEL DEFLECTOR INSTALLATION
Note: A mantel deector may be installed to reduce the minimum mantel
height. Refer to minimum clearances in the installation manual.
1. Line up the mantel deector (tabs to the back) with the Faceplate Back-
ing Plate.

. Line up the mantel deector (tabs to the back) with the Outer Faceplate.
Secure in place with three screws prior to installing outer faceplate.
Note: Faceplate may be installed after the unit is in its nal position.

2. Bend all 3 tabs 90º to secure the deector to the top of the backing plate.
The tabs should be ush with the underside of the top lip of the back plate.
