3 SIDED LOW PROFILE FACEPLATE W/SAFETY SCREEN INSTALLATION
Note: Faceplate may be installed after the unit is in it's nal position.
3. Install Low Prole faceplate backing plate and secure to the unit with 6
screws in locations shown below. Route power cord through the right side
of backing plate and install the grommet.
Note: A mantel deector may be installed to reduce the minimum mantel height.
Refer to minimum clearances in the installation manual.
If not installing the mantel deector - proceed to step 3.
1. Line up the mantel deector (tabs to the back) with the Low Prole
backing plate.
4. Install front faceplate by hooking back of front faceplate over lip edge on
unit in locations shown below. Angle faceplate slightly to hook on, lower
gently, bottom of faceplate will secure with magnets.

2. Bend all 3 tabs 90º to secure the deector to the top of the backing plate.
The tabs should be ush with the underside of the top lip of the back plate.

NOTE: To access the remote reciever pull lower portion of fron faceplate
towards you. The receiver will be located on the lower left side of
the appliance.
