The following warning lights are
indicated on trip computer and
warning system screen C:
Driving correction device in-
dicator light
Refer to the information on “Driving cor-
rection devices” in Section 2.

Battery charge warning light
If it comes on together with the
®
warning light and a beep, it indicates
that the electrical circuit is overcharged
or undercharged. Stop as soon as traf-
fic conditions allow and consult an ap-
proved Dealer.

Coolant temperature warn-
ing light
If it lights up while you are driving ac-
companied by the
® warning light
and a beep, the message is displayed
on the instrument panel. You must stop,
switch off the ignition and wait for the
temperature to drop. If it remains lit,
refer to the information on “Levels” in
Section 4, check the coolant level and
top up if necessary. If the warning light
does not go out, consult an approved
Dealer as soon as possible.

Power-assisted steering
fault warning light
If it lights up together with the
®
warning light and a beep, it indicates
a fault in the power-assisted steering
system. The message “Power steering
fault” or “Risk of steering locking” is dis-
played on the instrument panel. Stop
as soon as traffic conditions allow and
consult an approved Dealer.

Oil pressure warning light
If it comes on when you are
driving accompanied by the
®
warning light and a beep, it is essential
to stop and switch off the ignition.
Check the oil level (refer to the in-
formation on the “Engine oil level” in
Section 4). If the level is correct, the
light has come on for another reason;
consult an approved Dealer.
