3. Safety guidelines
To ensure safe operation:
1. Do not operate the system without first reading this manual.
2. Read the following caution and warning statements:

WARNING – To avoid risk of electric shock, this equipment must only
be connected to a supply main with protective earth. No
modification of this equipment is allowed.
WARNING – Do not plug in the system during Mechanical
Assembly.
WARNING – Do not plug the system in during Electrical
Connections procedure until instructed.
WARNING – System must be turned off when replacing fuses to prevent
electrical hazard. Any electrical work beyond the electrical
connections procedure and fuse replacement should be
performed by trained personnel only.
WARNING – Peristaltic pumps must be turned off when replacing either
tubing or pump heads to prevent crushing/pinching hazard.
WARNING – Due to a noise level of 80 decibels or greater, ear
protection is required when the System pumps are
operated at a speed of greater than (>) 6000 RPM.
