Why is my REPLIGEN Spectrum KMPi Laboratory Equipment process ending early or late in DV or CF auto modes?
    • K
      Kelly McguireAug 9, 2025
If your REPLIGEN Laboratory Equipment process is ending prematurely or belatedly in DV or CF auto modes, the input for the holdup volumes may be incorrect. Ensure you enter the correct feed holdup and permeate holdup volumes, and accurately specify whether they are empty or full when initiating the process.

What to do if REPLIGEN Spectrum KMPi process ends early when using Conductivity or UV for auto modes?
    • A
      adam49Aug 18, 2025
If the REPLIGEN Laboratory Equipment process terminates prematurely when utilizing Conductivity or UV for auto modes, it may be due to the sensor not being completely filled with the appropriate liquid. The conductivity sensor should be filled with the same buffer as the sample at the start of the process. Likewise, the UV sensor should be zeroed using the same buffer the sample is in.

How to fix wrong pressure sensor readings on REPLIGEN Laboratory Equipment?
    • M
      Molly HarringtonAug 29, 2025
If the pressure sensor readings on your REPLIGEN Laboratory Equipment are incorrect, displaying either -9.9 psi or >35psi when there is no pressure applied, it may indicate a malfunctioning pressure sensor octopus cable or a broken pressure sensor. You should replace the Octopus Cable and/or the pressure sensor.
