Universal temperature differential regulator with

Mounting instructions
Please check the following points if the regulator
RESOL DeltaSol Plus does not work faultlessly:
1. Power supply
The power supply is guaranteed when at least one of the
control lamps lights up.
2. Error report
If there is a malfunction in the regulation circuit, the
malfunction lamp ... lights up. By choosing the menu point
REPORTS you come into this submenu, in which a more
detailed error description is given.
Line break: Interruption of the sensor wire with
indication of the concerned tem-
perature sensor. In the MEASURED
VALUES menu the error code 888.8 is
indicated.
Short-circuit: Short-circuit in the sensor wire with
indication of the concerned tem-
perature sensor. In the MEASURED
VALUES menu the error code -888.8 is
indicated.
Non-return valves: If between 23.00 and 05.00 h
collector temperatures higher than 40
°C occur or if the actual temperature
difference is higher than the switch-on
temperature difference, this can be an
indication for a flow-back of heat
(default of the non-return valves). In the
display the indication GRAVITATION
BREAKS appears. This indication should
only be considered as a warning and
has to be seen in relation to the outside
temperature.
EEPROM: Error in memory chip. Modifications will
not be safed in case of power failure.
RTC-error: Error in the real time clock. Regulation
depending of the time can be disturbed.
DT too high: Plausibility check, the temperature
difference is higher than 50 K, the
regulation function is guaranteed but
the system must be checked for defect
elements (pumps, valves etc.) or air in
the system.

9. Tips for fault location
Relay: if the regulator does not acitvate the
pump while the current is connected
and with the mode switch in position I,
please check the fuse. The relay output
of the regulator is protected by 2 can
fuses 1,6 A which are accessible on the
base/isolation plate and can be replaced
after removing the housing (spare fuses
are inclosed).
