Universal temperature differential regulator with
integrated calorimeter
Mounting instructions
1.1. Electrical connection
The power supply of the regulator must only be made by
an external power supply switch (last step of mounting!)
and the voltage must be 230 Volt +/- 10 % (50...60 Hz).
Pumps, valves etc. can be connected to the consumer-
outputs R1 and R2 of the terminals at the base plate:
12 = conductor R2
14 = conductor R1
11,13 = neutral conductor N
Ground clamp = earth connector
The power supply is effected at the terminals:
15 = neutral conductor N
16 = conductor L
Ground clamp = earth connector
In accordance with the regulator version the temperature
sensors will be connected to the following terminals (if no
comment is made, the connection is independent of the
polarity):
DeltaSol Plus / Flowmeter:
1/2 = temperature sensor S1, collector sensor
3/4 = temperature sensor S2, lower part of the store
5/6 = temperature sensor S3, upper part of the store
7/8 = temperature sensor S4, in case of option WMZ feed
flow sensor
9/10 = temperature sensor S4, in case of option WMZ
DeltaSol Plus / V40:
1/2 = temperature sensor S1, collector sensor
3/4 = temperature sensor S2, lower part of the store
5/6 = temp. sensor S3, feed flow (in case of option WMZ)
7/8 = volumetric flowmeter V40
9/10 = temp. sensor S4, return flow (in case of option WMZ)
