6.2. REGULAR MAINTENANCE
It is advisable to carry out regular maintenance; depending on the use at least every 3 months or 25 operating hours.
When carrying out regular maintenance one should, in addition to the steps described in chapter 6.1, pay extra attention to the following:

Clean,

working
couplers

therefore

need
not other means of lubrication.
IF APPLICABLE; CHECK ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS IN TYPE SPECIFIC QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE.
1. Check and clean couplers thoroughly.
• Preferably use dry, clean paper cloth.
• Mild soapy water can be used if
necessary.
• Verify smooth operation by connecting
and disconnecting al couplers at least
three times.
Do not use any additional means of
lubrication, as some products might
have a negative effect on the
connector.
1. Check the blades for major damage.
• Check for cracks in the blades.
• Check for damage to the central bolt.
Do not use the product if the blades
exhibit major damage.
2. Check if the blades are perfectly aligned.
• The blades must be completely parallel
to each other, with a minimal opening
between them. Do not use the product if the blades
are not aligned.
