5.1.4 Externe Befehle
Bei Power ON werden vom Armsteuerprint her
die Geschwindigkeit auf 33, Quarzreferenz und
der Drehrichtungsdetektor auf Vorlauf gestellt.
Das Signal ‘’Arm in Pos.’ bewirkt in
seinem LOW-Zustand (ausgeschwenkter Arm)
den Stillstand des Plattentellers und die Anzeige
0000.
5.1.5 Einstellungen am Motorregelkreis
Die Symmetrie der Tachospannung wird ein-
gestellt, indem ein Signal von IC 18, Pin 13 ab-
genommen wird. Bei 45 U/min (f= 300 Hz)
muss das Potentiometer R50 so reguliert wer-
den, dass die Impulslange minimal wird (Fig.
5.4).
Der variable Oszillator muss auf Soll-
drehzah! abgeglichen werden. Dementsprechend
ist
der
Einstellregler
auf
Minus-Anschlag
(—) zu bringen.

- Mit dem Potentiometer R45 auf eine
Anzeige von 4200 einregeln.

5.1.4 External commands
When turning the electric current supply ON,
two signals from the arm electronics are switch-
ing the direction sensor to forward and the mo-
tor speed to 33 with reference to the quartz
frequency.
With the signal ‘Arm in Pos." in its
LOW-state (arm turned away from the platter) a
0000 read-out is being effected.
5.1.5 Adjustments in the motor control elec-
tronics
For adjusting the symmetry of the tacho signal
observe the wave shape at !C 18, pin 13. At the
speed of 45rpm (f= 300 Hz) adjust trimpot
R50 to obtain a pulse length as short as possible
(fig. 5.4).
The variable oscillator has to be adjusted
to nominal speed. For this adjustment the speed
control potentiometer has to be set to its (—)
end position.
- Press button 45 Q) and VAR GB).
- Adjust trimpot R49 to obtain a read-out
of 4200.
- Turn the speed contro! potentiometer
to its (+) end position.
_ Read the speed now indicated, take the
last two digits and divide their value by
two. Preset R49 to obtain the calculated
figure. Now check range of the thumb
wheel contro! for equal variation to
either side of the nominal speed (e.g.
41.60/48.40 = + 3.40).
Functional checks:
- When switching the electric current
supply on, the motor speed of 33.33
rpm under quartz reference must result.
_ Swinging the tonearm support into its
operating position must start the platter
to rotate. When swinging the tonearm
support outward, braking must be ef-
fected without any sign of reverse rota-
tion.
- The four 7-segment displays must be lit
with equal brightness.
- In position VAR (push button @) the
red LED, between speed control and
7-segment display must lit.
5.1.4 Commandes externes
Lorsque la table de lecture est enclenchée Power
ON, Ja plaquette de commande du bras améne la
vitesse sur 33, produit la tension de référence
quartz, et améne le détecteur de sens de rota-
tion en marche avant.
A l'état LOW (bas), le signal ‘Arm in
Pos.’ (bras en position de repos) produit |‘arrét
du plateau et l‘affichage indique la vitesse 0000.
5.1.5 Ajustage sur circuit de réglage du mo-
teur
Pour régler la symétrie de la tension tachymé-
trique, on préléve un signal sur la broche 13 du
circuit intégré IC 18. A 45 t/min (f = 300 Hz),
réglez le potentiométre R50 de facon a obtenir
une longueur minimale d‘impulsion (fig. 5.4),
L'oscillateur variable sera ajusté au
nombre de tours prescrit. A cet effet, amenez le
régulateur en fin de course (—),
_ Appuyez sur la touche 45 t/min @) et
la touche VAR (3).
_ A l'aide du potentiométre R45, cher-
chez a obtenir un affichage de 4200.
_ Amenez le régulateur en fin de
course (+).
_ Déduisez 4800 de |’affichage obtenu et
divisez par deux les deux derniers chif-
fres significatifs. Ajustez cette valeur au
moyen du potentiométre R49. La plage
de réglage doit alors étre symétrique par
rapport au nombre de tours prescrit (p.
ex. 41,60/48,40 = + 3,40).
Contréles:
_ A la mise sous tension de |‘appareil, on
doit obtenir un nombre de tours de
33,33 4 précision de quartz.
= Le moteur doit se mettre en marche
lorsque le bras de lecture est amené en
position de travail; lorsque le bras de lec-
ture est amené en position de repos, le
freinage doit produire |’arrét sans retour.
(Le retour ne doit jamais se pro duire.)
_ Les 4 chiffres de |’indicateur 4 7 seg-
ments (affichage numérique )
doivent avoir la méme !uminosité.
_ En position VAR (touche G3). l'af-
fichage a diode électroluminescen te doit
s‘allumer.
