DO NOT drop or use excessive force/pressure to insert the post, to
prevent potential injury or product damage.
Insert the upper seat post from the top into the seat post support ring.
Slide the support ring up towards the top, so that it doesn’t obstruct any of the upper
seat post’s 4 holes.

Gradually insert the upper seat post into the lower seat post until the holes have
aligned at the desired seat height position.

With one hand maintaining the upper seat post in position, use the other hand to
insert the detent pin all the way through the aligned holes (until the ball of the detent
pin fully appears on the other side).

These positions are the 4 holes in the upper seat post, with 1 inch (2.5 cm)
difference between each hole.

hole (closest to the top) provides the lowest seat height position =
15 inches (38.1 cm) from the deck to the seat.
Observe the upper seat post and identify the 4 possible seat height positions.

hole (towards the bottom) provides the highest seat height position
= 18 inches (45.7 cm) from the deck to the seat.

Check to see that the inside of the lower seat post is CLEAR of any obstructions.2)
