2.2 ERROR CODE LIST
A200 ERROR CODE
Translator to Water Heater Communication Failure.
User Interface is not communicating with control board.
Diagnostic check items
• User interface.
ERROR CODE DIAGNOSTICS
Turn Power OFF
Remove and reinsert connector "E" and the
molex connected to user interface.
Visually inspect user interface wiring for
loose or damaged connections.
Turn power ON and operate unit.
Unit has a loose connection.
Unit appears to be operating OK.
Check connector "E" and operate unit
again.
If error code "A200" is appeared, replace
control board.
Test DC voltage between #5 wire (Red) &
#4 wire (Black) at Connector "E".
Operate unit again.
If error code "A200" is appeared, replace
user interface.
Is "A200" error
code appeared?
Is the voltage
11-17 DC volts?
Yes
