2.2 ERROR CODE LIST
A063 ERROR CODE
Pump abnormality
If the water flow sensor does not detect water flow
when the recirculation pump is working, the water
heater displays the "A063 ” error code on the User In-
terface.
Diagnostic check
• Recirculation Pump (Internal or external).
Turn Power OFF
Remove and reinsert connector "A" on the
control board and blue molex to connect to
pump.
Visually inspect for loose or damaged con-
nections.
Turn power ON and operate pump.
Unit has a loose connection.
Unit appears to be operating.
Check connector "A" and operate unit
again.
If "A063" error code is appeared, Replace
control board.
Measure DC voltage between #3 wire
(White) & #4 wire (Black) at connector
"A".
Replace pump (internal or external).
Is "A063" error
code appeared?
Is the voltage
108-132 DC
volts?
