ERROR A032
EXPLANATION
Heat Exchanger Thermistor Malfunction.
Diagnostic Check
Heat Exchanger Thermistor.
ERROR CODE DIAGNOSTICS
Turn Power OFF
Clean scale build-up on heat exchanger
thermistor.
Operate unit. If Error Code A032 appears:
Replace heat exchanger thermistor.
Replace wiring harness for connector "I".
Remove control board bracket to access inlet
thermistor Molex near blower motor.
(How to Remove: Section 1).
Locate & separate YELLOW Molex. Check
resistance across White wires on female end
of Molex.
Reconnect Molex.
Check resistance on connector "I" between #5
wire (Black) & #11 wire (Yellow)
Reinsert connector "I".
Operate the unit.
If error code "A032" appears:
REPLACE CONTROL BOARD.
The resistance is
7K - 23K Ω?
The resistance is
