ERROR CODE DIAGNOSTICS
ERROR A082
EXPLANATION
Installed Chip Error
This tankless water heater has a gas chip
on the control board. If the gas chip has a
poor connection or the data that gas chip
has is inadequate/wrong, the water heater
displays the “A082” error code on the User
Interface.
Diagnostic check items
• Gas chip
Turn Power OFF
Conrm that the correct gas chip is installed.
Insert the correct gas chip.
The chip has a loose connection.
Gas chip appear to be OK.
Remove and reinsert gas chip.
Replace new gas chip.
Is the chip
correct?
Does error code
"A082" appear?
