threa ded tie-rods , keepi ng a dist anc e of 25-30 mm bet ween th e sh eet
steel casing and the lower surface of the false ceiling.

Re-mount the pre vio usl y removed T-profile a nd alig n the u nit with
respect to the profiles , tight ening the bolts an d loc k-n uts.
Lastl y, aft er havi ng imple ment ed th e co ndensate drain pipe and wa ter
connections, check that the unit is still level.
II.2.3 ASSEMBLY OF THE FRAME/GRID
ASSEMBLY
Unpac k the fra me/g rid ass embl y a nd chec k that t his h as not been
damaged during transport Apply the assembly to the unit by hooking it
to t he t wo f astening supports an d tight en the four fas teni ng screws.

Safety string
The fra me must not be defor me d ca use d b y excessi ve tracti on; it must
be centred with r espect to the false ceilings and it must especially
guarant ee tight ness betwee n t he air intake and flo w. T he fig ure
indicates the seal gaskets (A-B) that prevent the air from being by-
passed (A) and the treated air from escaping (B) inside the false ceiling.
Once the ass embly is inst alled, verif y t hat the gap bet ween th e fra me
and the false ceiling is less than 5 mm.

II.2.4.1 Air flow into an adjacent room
The air fl ow into the a djac ent room req uires t he duc t ve nt t o b e clos ed
using the relati ve flo w vents obs truction kit. T he kit cannot be us ed wit h
units t hat h ave an electric resist ance . A n air ret urn g rid must be
installed (as clos e as possi ble t o t he grou nd) bet we en th e air-
conditi oned room (in which the u nit is inst alled) and th e adjac ent r oom.
