Simultaneously storing files and sending
their URL addresses
You can store scan files and simulta-
neously send the URL addresses of
their locations by e-mail. In this case,
scan files will not be attached to the e-
mail. Transmitted URL addresses al-
low a stored file to be viewed, delet-
ed, or downloaded over the network
using Web Image Monitor. This is
useful if you cannot attach files to e-
mail due to network restrictions.

must be made in advance under
