Storage Procedure
You can scan and store files.
A Press the {Scanner} key.
Note
The illustration is an example.
The actual appearance may be
different.
B Make sure that no previous set-
tings remain.
Note
If a previous setting remains,
press the {Clear Modes} key.
C Place originals.

The procedure for placing origi-
nals is the same as that for plac-
ing originals for copying. For
details about placing originals,
see “Placing Originals”, Copy
Reference.
D Make settings for original orien-
tation, the sides scanned, and oth-
er settings if necessary.

E Make the scan settings.

scan settings, as described be-
low:
Configure each setting for
scanning. For details, see
p.77 “Specifying Scan Set-

Recall registered settings. For
details, see p.86 “Recalling a
Program”.
F Make the settings for storing scan
files.
A Press [Store File].
B Press [Store Only].
Note
To store and deliver scan
files, press [Send & Store]. See
p.27 “Simultaneous Storage
and Sending by E-mail”, p.43
“Simultaneous Storage and
Sending by Scan to Folder”,
or p.69 “Simultaneous Stor-
age and Delivery”.
[Store Only] cannot be pressed
if a destination or sender is
selected.
C Press [OK].
