  If your Ricoh Copier cannot detect the original size, ensure your originals are placed correctly. Try selecting the paper manually instead of using the Auto Paper Select function, and avoid using the Auto Reduce/Enlarge function. If you are using a non-standard size, input both the horizontal and vertical dimensions. Alternatively, place the original on the exposure glass. Make sure that originals are placed.
